Hospitality — Restaurant Management
Makker
A holistic restaurant management system with AI built in: from staff clock-in and order management to automated HACCP compliance.
The problem
A restaurant runs dozens of parallel processes — shifts, orders, inventory, food-safety records — almost always on disconnected tools: a time clock here, a POS there, HACCP sheets in a drawer. Information falls between the systems, and the owner never has the full picture.
The approach
We built Makker as a single platform with three pillars: staff management with digital clock-in and shift scheduling; an order flow from capture to kitchen; and digital HACCP with automatic temperature logging and compliance alerts. All of it designed for the reality of a working kitchen: fast, resilient, minimal taps.
The outcome
One platform instead of five programs: labour cost, floor flow and food-safety compliance live in the same system and talk to each other. Handwritten HACCP sheets are gone, and management sees what is happening in the restaurant in real time — from anywhere. And because Makker embeds AI at its core, the system doesn’t just record — it suggests: shift schedules built from real traffic, early warnings before a temperature drift becomes a compliance problem, plain-language answers about how the restaurant ran. This is what the future of hospitality software looks like: it automates the routine so the team can stay on the floor.
