01Who provides the service

Kronn ERP (“the Service”) is provided by “ΜΑΡΗΣ ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ ΟΔΥΣΣΕΑΣ” (Konstantinos Odysseas Maris), a sole proprietorship trading as “Kronn” (VAT no. EL176307607, G.E.MI. no. 196859503000), email hello@kronn.gr, phone +30 693 487 1363 (“Kronn”, “we”).

These Terms are the contract between Kronn and the business that uses the Service (“the Customer”, “you”). You accept them when you tick the box at sign-up or when you continue with Google. Anyone signing up on behalf of a business confirms they are authorised to bind it.

02The Service

Kronn ERP is an online application (erp.kronn.gr) for issuing documents and transmitting them through a certified e-invoicing provider, clients and products, collections, bank reconciliation, reports and industry feature packs. What each plan includes is described on the pricing page.

The Service is intended only for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their business, not for consumers.

Kronn does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. The Service is a tool and does not replace your accountant.

03Account and users

  • You provide true and up-to-date details, in particular your VAT number, legal name and address, which appear on your documents.
  • You keep your passwords safe; we recommend turning on two-step sign-in. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
  • The owner invites users (accountant, employees) and sets their permissions. The Customer is responsible for its users’ actions.
  • Tell us at once at hello@kronn.gr if you suspect unauthorised access.

04Free demo mode

After sign-up your account is in demo mode, free and with no card. Its documents are not transmitted to AADE and have no tax validity; emails reach only you. Demo data is deleted when a plan is activated.

We may change or end demo mode, and delete demo accounts with no activity for 12 months, with 30 days’ notice.

  • Prices are per month, exclude 24% VAT, and are billed yearly in advance.
  • Each additional bank connection costs €36 + VAT a year (€3 a month); from the third paid connection on, each one is 15% off.
  • Add-ons — AI scanning of documents, the Premium and Max support plans, the Magento 2 and Stripe connections — are bought separately, at the prices and for the periods shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • You pay inside the app, through Stripe, which processes the payment; Kronn never sees or stores your card details. For every payment we issue a services invoice to your business’s VAT number. Buying a plan requires a confirmed email and a VAT number; issuing documents with tax validity starts once your business has been set up with the provider.
  • A plan runs for 12 months from activation and an add-on for the period you bought. A year you add, or a renewal, starts when the current one ends. Upgrading to a bigger plan, or from Premium to Max support, charges only the difference in the yearly price for the days left, without changing the end date; moving to a smaller plan or support tier is possible only after the current one ends. There is no automatic renewal and no stored charge: we send you reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before the end. If a plan is not renewed, a 14-day grace period follows, after which the account is suspended until it is renewed; add-ons simply end.
  • Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next renewal.
  • No refunds are given for any plan, add-on, credits or service, including for unused time, as set out in the Refund Policy. If you disagree with a charge, contact us at hello@kronn.gr or +30 693 487 1363.

06Credits

Volume is measured in credits: each invoice to a business (B2B) uses 2 credits and each retail receipt (B2C) uses 1. Credits apply to the plan’s yearly period and do not carry over to the next.

If you exceed them, we let you know; you can buy extra credit packs in the app’s Marketplace, which we load into your provider account after payment, or move to a larger plan. We do not stop you issuing documents without warning.

07E-invoicing, the provider and myDATA

  • The Service issues and transmits your documents through the certified e-invoicing provider Bratnet (e-timologiera.gr), included in every plan. Activation requires setting up your business with the provider, which we do together with you; the provider may ask you to accept its own terms too.
  • You are responsible for the content of each document (client, items, prices, VAT, classifications, document type), for issuing it on time and for your other tax obligations.
  • Numbering is continuous, with one series per document type. The number is assigned before transmission; a rejected document keeps its number and can be corrected and sent again. The issue date is the transmission date.
  • An issued document cannot be deleted; it can only be cancelled with a credit note.
  • If transmission does not complete at once, the document shows as “pending” and the Service automatically checks its status with the provider every 10 minutes. You monitor the status of your documents and, if a transmission problem occurs, follow AADE’s instructions for such cases.
  • AADE and the provider are outside our control; we are not responsible for their outages or delays.

08Bank connections

Bank connections run through Synci (using GoCardless Bank Account Data). You authorise access on your bank’s page. Access is read-only, to accounts and transactions; the Service cannot make payments or transfers.

Consent expires on the date your bank sets, and the app warns you before it does. Automatic matching of collections is an aid; check the matches. Deleting a connection in the app stops new reads; to revoke access fully, remove it at your bank or at Synci as well. Alternatively you can import statement files (CSV, Excel, camt.053).

09AI scanning of documents

  • AI scanning of documents is an add-on: it includes 300 document readings a month, and further readings in packs of 100 valid for 12 months from purchase. Readings not used in a month do not carry over to the next.
  • What the AI reads is a proposal and may contain mistakes. You check every document before recording it and are responsible for what is recorded in your books and your stock.
  • To be read, the file is sent to an AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. Send for scanning only documents addressed to your business.

10Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. You give us the right to process it only as needed to provide the Service. You can download documents as PDF, reports as Excel, CSV or PDF and the accountant pack at any time; a full export of your data in machine-readable form is available on request.

You ensure that you have a legal basis for the personal data you enter, that you inform the people it concerns (e.g. clients, staff, patients), and that you send emails through the Service only to recipients you have a business relationship with.

11Processing data on your behalf (Art. 28 GDPR)

For personal data we process on your behalf, you are the controller and Kronn is the processor. This section is the processing agreement required by Art. 28(3) GDPR.

  • Subject matter, duration, nature and purpose: providing the Service (storage, organisation, issuing, transmission, sending and, when you use it, reading expense documents with AI) for the duration of the contract and until the data is deleted. The categories of data and data subjects are described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Instructions: we process the data only on your documented instructions — these Terms and your actions in the app — unless the law requires otherwise. We tell you if, in our view, an instruction infringes the law.
  • Confidentiality: everyone with access to the data is bound by confidentiality.
  • Security: we apply the Art. 32 measures described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Sub-processors: you give general authorisation for the recipients listed in the Privacy Policy. We notify you by email at least 15 days before adding or replacing one; if you have a reasonable objection and we cannot resolve it, you may terminate the contract. Sub-processors are bound by equivalent obligations.
  • Assistance: we help you respond to data subject requests and meet your obligations under Arts. 32–36, taking into account the nature of the processing.
  • Breaches: we notify you without undue delay and at the latest within 48 hours of becoming aware of a breach affecting your data, with the information we have.
  • End of contract: we return the data by export and delete it as set out under “Term, suspension and termination”, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Audits: we give you the information needed to demonstrate compliance and allow audits by you or an auditor you appoint, with reasonable notice and without compromising other customers’ confidentiality.
  • Transfers: made only with the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR.

12Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for:

  • issuing fictitious or forged documents, or any other unlawful or fraudulent activity;
  • sending unsolicited email;
  • entering data without a legal basis, or special categories of data such as health data;
  • attempting to access other customers’ data, bypassing security measures, placing excessive load, or automated access outside the app’s features;
  • copying, reselling or reverse engineering the Service;
  • sharing one user account among several people.

13Availability, support and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a specific availability level unless agreed in writing (e.g. for Enterprise). Support: hello@kronn.gr. Free support and the Premium and Max support plans, with the response and resolution times they include, are described on the pricing page.

We develop the Service and may add, change or remove features. If we remove an essential feature of your plan, we tell you at least 30 days in advance and you may terminate the contract.

14Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design and the “Kronn” mark belong to Kronn. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of the contract. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely.

15Liability

Kronn is liable for intent and gross negligence as the law provides. For slight negligence, its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event and does not cover consequential loss, such as lost profits or loss of goodwill.

We are not liable for fines or other consequences arising from the content of your documents or incorrect details you entered, from the operation of AADE, the provider, banks or Synci, or from force majeure.

You indemnify Kronn against third-party claims arising from a breach of these Terms or of the law by you or your users.

16Term, suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account at hello@kronn.gr; amounts for the current period are not refunded.
  • We may suspend access, with notice where practicable, if a renewal is not paid, if you breach these Terms or the law, or if there is a risk to the security of the Service or other customers.
  • We may terminate the contract immediately for good cause, or without cause on 60 days’ notice.
  • After termination you have 90 days to export your data; it is then deleted within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

17Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. For material changes we notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect; if you disagree, you may terminate the contract before they take effect. The current version is always on this page.

18Governing law and notices

These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, after we have first tried to resolve it amicably.

Notices to you are sent to the account owner’s email, and notices to us to hello@kronn.gr. If any term is held invalid, the rest remain in force. If the Greek and English texts differ, the Greek text prevails.
