Plans are paid yearly. Every time the business renews or adds something, you earn your commission again — passive income that grows with every new referral.

By agreement, your code can give a discount on the first or every purchase of the businesses you refer — one more reason for them to use it.

Amounts exclude VAT. Add-ons (e.g. AI scanning, support, extra banks) and credits raise the commission. This is an example, not a promise of earnings.

Paid every month, by bank transfer
Monthly statement
At the start of every month a statement is made with the commission on the previous month’s payments. No minimum amount.
Businesses
You issue an invoice to Kronn for the statement’s amount and enter its number and MARK in the app. You are paid to your IBAN.
Individuals
You are welcome without a registered business. You enter your tax number, details and IBAN, and the payment is made as Greek tax law requires.

How can I make money online with Kronn ERP?
Through the partner (affiliate) program. You apply for free, get a personal code and link, and share them with businesses. For every business that signs up with your code you earn 10% of the net value of each of its purchases in Kronn ERP, for as long as it keeps buying.
How much commission do I earn per referral?
The standard rate is 10% of the value excluding VAT of every payment: plans, renewals, upgrades, add-ons, AI scanning packs and provider credits. For partners with a large network we can agree a higher rate.
How long do I earn commission? Is it passive income?
For as long as the business buys and your code stays active. Plans renew every year, so each referral pays your commission again on every renewal — with nothing more for you to do.
Do I have to be a customer or an accountant to become a partner?
No. You can create a free account just for the partner program, without using the ERP. It suits accountants, agencies, consultants and creators — and anyone who knows businesses.
Can I join as an individual, without a registered business?
Yes. You enter your tax number (ΑΦΜ), name, address and IBAN, and the payment is made with the documents and withholdings Greek tax law requires. Declaring the income is up to you; if in doubt, ask your accountant.
When and how do I get paid?
Every month, by bank transfer, for the previous month’s payments — no minimum amount. If you are a business, you issue an invoice to Kronn and enter its number and MARK in your partner dashboard.
How do you know a business came from me?
From your code. Your link fills it in at sign-up; otherwise the business can enter it in the setup wizard or in its account, before its first payment. After the first payment the partner can no longer change.
Do the businesses I refer get a discount?
They can, if we agree it for your code: a discount on the first or on every purchase. By default there is none. Your commission is calculated on the amount after the discount.
Does it cost anything to join? Is there a minimum number of clients?
No. Joining is free, with no minimum number of referrals and no minimum payout.
Can I advertise my link?
Yes — on your website, blog, social media, or in newsletters to people who subscribed. Spam, misleading claims and ads on keywords containing “Kronn” are not allowed.
Where do I see my referrals and commission?
In your partner dashboard, inside the app: your code and link, the businesses that signed up, commission per payment, monthly statements and payouts.

Partner programme terms
The programme is run by Kronn (ΜΑΡΗΣ ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ ΟΔΥΣΣΕΑΣ, VAT no. EL176307607). By applying you accept the terms below. Anything not covered here is governed by the Kronn ERP Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Greek text prevails. Terms of Service · Privacy Policy
Joining
Joining is free, subject to an application approved by Kronn, which may reject an application at its discretion. Your code works only once you are approved.
Commission
Commission is a percentage of the net value (excluding VAT) of every paid Kronn ERP purchase made by the businesses you referred: plans, renewals, upgrades, add-ons, reading packs and provider credits. The rate is set per partner; the standard rate is 10%. It is calculated on the amount after any discount.
Duration
Commission is earned for as long as the business buys and you remain an active partner.
When a referral counts
A business counts as yours only if your code is entered at its sign-up, in the setup wizard, or from its account before its first payment. Each business has a single partner. Kronn may correct an entry made by mistake or abusively.
No self-referrals
No commission is paid for your own businesses, for businesses with the same tax number as yours, or with a member in common with your account.
Payment
Every month a statement is made for the commission on the previous month’s payments, with no minimum amount. It is paid by bank transfer to your IBAN against a valid document: businesses issue an invoice to Kronn; for individuals, whatever Greek tax law requires applies. Where the law requires tax to be withheld, it is deducted from the payment.
Cancellations
Commission on payments that were disputed (chargeback), cancelled or found to be abusive is cancelled; if already paid, it is offset against later commission.
Promotion
You promote Kronn ERP honestly. Not allowed: unsolicited messages (spam), misleading claims (e.g. wrong prices, guaranteed earnings, or speaking on Kronn’s behalf), ads on keywords containing “Kronn” or “Kronn ERP”, and domains, pages or accounts that imitate Kronn.
Taxes
The tax and social-security treatment of your income from the programme is your responsibility.
Relationship with Kronn
A partner is not an employee, agent or representative of Kronn and cannot bind Kronn towards third parties.
Data
Your partner dashboard shows the names of the businesses you referred and the amounts of their purchases from Kronn — not their data inside the ERP. We process your payment details only to run the programme and meet our tax obligations.
Changes
Kronn may change the rate or the terms for future purchases with 30 days’ notice. Commission already earned does not change.
Suspension and leaving
Kronn may suspend or end a partner who breaks these terms; no new commission is earned while suspended. You may leave at any time. Commission owed is paid, unless it comes from a breach of the terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, after we have first tried to resolve it amicably.
